Services and engagement

Work begins once a written proposal is accepted and the setup fee is paid. Each engagement sets out its own scope, timeline and deliverables. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before work starts.

Fees and billing

• Setup fees are one-time and cover strategy, build and launch work
• Monthly fees are billed in advance and cover ongoing growth work
• Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our management fee and is paid by you directly
• All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise

Cancellation

Monthly services run month to month with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Setup fees cover work already performed and are not refundable once strategy and build work has begun.

Ownership

On full payment, you own your website files, domain, hosting account, content, advertising accounts and all lead data. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Client responsibilities

Timely feedback, access to accounts and accurate business information, including licence and insurance details, are needed to keep a project on schedule. Delays in these areas move the timeline accordingly.

Results

We commit to the work, not to a specific ranking position or lead volume. Search engines, competitors and market conditions are outside our control. We will always tell you honestly what the data shows.

Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
