Yes, in either direction. Most clients start on Foundation or Growth and move up once the calls justify it. Moving up costs the difference in monthly fee plus any build work the new tier adds. Moving down is simply a lower monthly from the next cycle.
Setup pays for work that gets done in the first few weeks, so once strategy and build are underway it isn't refundable. If we part ways before that work starts, you get it back. Either way you keep whatever has been built.
You keep the site, the domain, the hosting account, the ad accounts and every lead record. We hand over credentials and help you migrate. There's no exit fee and nothing gets switched off to force your hand.
No. On Market Dominator and Partnership, the monthly covers our management of Meta and Google Ads. What you spend with the platforms is separate and paid by you directly, so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.
Conversion improvements from the new site show up immediately, because you're converting traffic you already had. Local SEO is slower. Expect movement around month three and compounding from month six. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling you something.
